WOH Summer Theatre Camp

Woodland Opera House Youth Summer Theatre Camp is an annual program designed to be an introduction to theatre performance for area youth with or without previous training or experience. Students spend 4 weeks studying musical theatre technique including, singing, dancing, voice projection, characterization, theatre terminology, and theatre etiquette and professionalism. Students will develop performance skills and will be given an equal opportunity to shine on stage. The camp will culminate with performances of a “Music, Music, Music”, a Broadway -style musical revue featuring songs such as “Alexander’s Ragtime Band,” “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” and “We are the World.”
For students who have completed Kindergarten – 17 years
Camp runs June 21 – July 18 (No class Monday, July 5)
Dress Rehearsals: July 12-16, 9:00am-12:00pm
Performances: July 16 at 7:00pm and July 17 & 18 at 2:00pm
 (All performances and dress rehearsals are mandatory)
Special requirements: Students will be required to wear a face mask and always adhere to social distancing requirements when inside TADA.
We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our community by following the guidelines provided by Yolo County and the CDC. We understand that these guidelines are rapidly changing, and we may need to modify/cancel our programs to remain in compliance.

Ages: Completed Kindergarten through age 7
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:15pm-4:15pm*
*9:00am-12:00pm July 12-16 for dress rehearsals

Show Biz Kidz Morning Group
Ages: 8-10
Monday – Friday 8:45am-11:30am
*9:00am-12:00pm July 12-16 for dress rehearsals
Tuition: $375
Show Biz Kidz Afternoon Group
Ages: 11-17
Monday – Friday 12:15pm-3:00pm
*9:00am-12:00pm July 12-16 for dress rehearsals
