Due to a personal emergency, one of the lead actors in the new comedy “The Viewing Room,” has had to drop out just as rehearsals are due to start.
The role is the youngest (30-40’s) son of a deceased man, who is the first to discover that his father has come back to attend his own wake, and who tries to conceal it from the rest of the family.
The play will run weekends, September 14-30, at the new Howe Avenue Theater.
Those interested in auditioning should contact the director, Leo McElroy, at 916-564-0905 or at <mcelcom1@att.net>, or simply come to the theater, in the park building at Howe and Cottage Way, at 7 p.m.
